Scorpion fish

Scorpionfish is a large red bodied sea fish. It inhabits mostly the Adriatic Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. It stands out by its delicious flesh rich in nutrients. It is mostly used to prepare broths, fish stews, but can also be simply grilled on the barbecue.
